The New Horizons Nigeria leadership team, with over a decade of experience as a leading ICT training institute, recognized this unmet need. They observed a growing trend: student entrepreneurs launching tech ventures directly from campus, remote workers seeking reliable infrastructure, and parents increasingly investing in structured development opportunities for their children's tech futures.

Market research revealed a compelling opportunity: Lagos hosted over 120 coworking spaces, yet none were strategically integrated within a major university campus. Traditional spaces charged ₦97,000–₦200,000 monthly—prohibitively expensive for students—while offering workspace alone, disconnected from the training and mentorship essential for tech talent development.
