Welcome to New Horizons Workspace! By accessing our website or using our facilities, you're agreeing to these straightforward terms that help maintain a productive, safe, and innovative environment for everyone. These terms apply whether you're browsing nhnw.ng, booking workspace, attending workshops, or participating in our campus community.

New Horizons Workspace (NHNW) is operated by New Horizons Nigeria, a leading ICT training institute with over a decade of experience in Nigeria's tech education sector. Using Our Workspace & Website

By accessing NHNW facilities or digital platforms, you agree to:

• Use facilities for lawful, productive purposes only
• Respect fellow community members and staff
• Follow campus regulations as UNILAG-affiliated space
• Maintain professional conduct in shared workspaces
• Safeguard NHNW property and equipment
• Adhere to booking and payment terms

Basically, be respectful, professional, and contribute positively to our innovation community.

Membership & Payment Terms

Flexible Access: Hourly, daily, and monthly plans are available with pricing clearly displayed on our website. Student discounts require valid university identification.

Premium Memberships: 6-month Premium Cards include specific benefits as outlined in membership documentation. Non-transferable without prior authorization.

Payment: All fees are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are due as specified in your membership agreement. Late payments may result in suspended access.

Cancellation: Flexible plans can be canceled according to terms specified at purchase. Premium memberships may have specific cancellation policies.

Our Content & Intellectual Property

All content on NHNW platforms – including workshop materials, curriculum, branding, and digital resources – belongs to New Horizons Nigeria or our licensed partners. This includes our unique "Work + Learn + Grow" methodology and campus integration model.

Workshop participants may use learning materials for personal skill development but may not redistribute, resell, or repackage NHNW educational content without explicit permission.

Workspace Conduct & Community Guidelines

NHNW is a professional innovation environment. We reserve the right to:

• Restrict access for disruptive behavior
• Remove inappropriate content or materials
• Enforce quiet hours in designated areas
• Address safety or security concerns immediately

Alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Overnight access requires specific authorization.

Liability & Responsibilities

While we provide reliable power backup and internet connectivity, NHNW is not liable for:

• Data loss or device damage in our facilities
• Personal property left unattended
• Business outcomes of ventures developed at NHNW
• Network disruptions beyond our control

Members are responsible for securing their own data and equipment. We recommend maintaining backups of important work.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as NHNW grows and evolves—particularly as we expand to additional Nigerian university campuses. Significant changes will be communicated to active members via email. The latest terms will always be available on our website.

Continued use of NHNW facilities or platforms constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
